RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Items must be:

* Unworn
* Unwashed
* Unaltered
* In perfect condition
* With original tags attached

Intimate garments (such as bodysuits, briefs, and similar items) must be tried on over personal undergarments.

L’excessive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
