All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and subject to payment verification and product availability.

If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages.

Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from fulfillment locations within the United States.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

L’excessive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once proof of delivery has been provided by the carrier, L’Excessive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.

International Orders

International orders may be shipped via trusted carriers.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

* Customs taxes
* Additional local fees

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
